" Thank you for calling ABC Company.  For a list of our products, press 1.  To place an order visit us on-line at www.ABC.com, or press zero for a customer service representative."  You may record what ever you like, for as long as you would like it to be.  You could even set-up individual mailboxes for employees.

- The caller has the opportunity to leave a voicemail message or "Speak to a LIVE PERSON".  If the caller leaves a voicemail, you will be notified by pager, a text message to your cell-phone, or if you desire the caller can be placed on hold and our system will follow you to your location, call you, notify you who is on the line and ask if you would like to be connected.  You may connect and speak to the caller, send them to voice mail or  the caller may press zero for a LIVE PERSON.  We then we handle the call following the protocol you provide.

You get a Toll FREE 800 number.  This number is directed to our system which has virtually unlimited telephone lines.  Your calls are answered on the first ring and the caller never experiences a busy signal.  Here is a list of several additional features you receive with your service:

• Unlimited voicemail boxes- Have as many "extensions" as you like.

• Music on Hold- If your caller is on hold, they will experience professional music on hold.

• Message Notification- Once you receive a message the system notifies you on your pager or sends a text message to your cell-phone.

• Follow-Me-Features- The system can hold a caller on the line and follow you to another location.  A cell-phone or another number.

• Fax-Mail- Use your Toll FREE number to receive faxes which can be sent to your email address.
